On June 15-18, Pisa will be full of tourists as the Congress will be held during The Luminara di San Ranieri (the city’s Patron saint) celebration, a spectacular and traditional annual celebration.
The Organizing Secretariat has reserved several rooms for participants’ convenience, which can be booked through the registration form. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, so early reservation is highly recommended.

All cancellations and requests for changes in the length of stay as well as requests for name changes must be sent in writing to registrations.ipita2025@ega.it and will be subject to the following penalties:
Room Cancellation, Reduction in the Length of Stay
- Up to April 28th: 100% refund
- From April 29th to May 30th: 50% refund
- After May 30th: No refund
Refunds will be issued after the Congress.
